In the first #truHelsinki September 2012, one of the tracks was called: “My Dream Recruitment Tool?” During that track all the participants gave their ideas what could be that neat tool that currently don’t yet exist, but would be really useful. Before the end of the track the best idea or combination of the ideas will be selected and defined so that development team of Joberate that will be as well participating TruHelsinki started actually building the tool. The aim was to get the first version of the tool to be ready before the end of the event, there are then about 28 hours to build it. And they made it!
